Save Horn of Africa e.V. is a non-profit association based in Berlin and has the primary purpose of providing humanitarian aid to people in need, in particular refugees, in the countries of the Horn of Africa, i.e. Sudan, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Djibouti and Somalia.
It is particularly important to us that the aid is provided regardless of religious affiliation, gender, nationality and ethnicity.
In cooperation with local journalists and the support of educational work, the freedom of the press and the understanding of human rights are to be promoted and information is to be provided about the dangers of trafficking bands and other criminal organizations.
In cooperation with educational institutions, the understanding of human rights regardless of religious affiliation, gender, nationality and ethnicity in particular should be promoted among young people.
For the fulfillment of our goal, suitable means are to be used by contributions/allocations, donations, subsidies and other donations. Here you can donate!
In addition, events are to be organized in Germany and Europe to increase the reach and scope of action through donations and to report on the concrete situation in the Horn of Africa and thus create awareness of the problematic situation in the region.
